Playground Consultations
& Inspections

As a non-government, not-for-profit, charitable organisation dedicated to the prevention of unintentional childhood injury we provide information in regards to the guidelines for the Australian Standards of Playgrounds.

Our Playground inspectors offer consultancy services to discuss safety and design of your play space during the planning stages and customised inspections of your new or existing playgrounds.

Detailed below are our current fee-for-service and formal auditing options.

If you require any specific information, such as swing impact areas, fencing, loose parts or movable equipment, please do not hesitate to contact our Programs Manager - Megan, by clicking the link below.

A comprehensive inspection is a full compliance check to the safety requirements of the Australian Standards AS 4685 and AS 2244. Intended to establish the overall level of safety of equipment, foundations and surfaces. You will receive a detailed comprehensive report with photos and any recommendations.
